Katie Crewe
Katie is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism certified trainer. She has been coaching for 9 years and passionate about empowering others through knowledge and strength. It’s important to Katie to create a friendly and inclusive environment where people feel excited to come and train.
She’s there to assist with form and technique, workout programming, pregnancy and postpartum training, and provide helpful dietary suggestions and ensure you get the most out of your time at Crewe Fitness Club.

Lesley Fleming brings over a decade of experience in movement, strength, and wellness to Crewe Fitness. A certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor, Lesley specializes in helping people move and feel better—blending strength training, mobility work, and mindful movement.
Whether you're looking to improve posture, reduce stress, or move with more strength and ease, Lesley’s calm, encouraging style and deep knowledge make her a powerful guide on your fitness journey.

Allan Crewe
Allan is a certified personal trainer and jiu jitsu black belt with many years of experience coaching athletes, gen pop clients, and running classes for clients diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. Allan is kind and supportive and has a special focus on training clients to improve their strength and athleticism.
