Here, you’ll find a community committed to nurturing your fitness journey every step of the way.
No classes on holidays but open gym is available.

Full Membership: Classes + Open Gym
Our guided Strength Classes help you build confidence and strength in a small group setting. With a max of 8 people per class, you’ll get personalized attention while working towards your goals.
General Membership provides access to all classes and open gym sessions, with a max of 5 people per open gym hour to ensure space and equipment availability.




Personal Training Lesley
Lesley’s coaching blends kindness and precision. She focuses on helping you build strength safely and confidently, offering clear guidance and thoughtful modifications. Whether you’re new to lifting or rebuilding after injury, she’ll meet you where you are and help you move with purpose and power.
