This is a home program that is great for somebody who is just starting off of bodyweight training, but really wants to improve their bodyweight strength and does not have access to a lot of equipment at home. For this program you are going to be utilizing more challenging bodyweight variations to continue to progress and get stronger! You do need access to a pull-up bar for this program; however, you can also use dip bars or anything you can use for vertical pulling.
