This program is designed to get you stronger doing pull-ups! Pull-ups are a very challenging bodyweight exercise, so I’ve done my best to make this program appropriate for a wide range of people, with modification exercises. The program is 4 weeks long, but feel free to do each week twice, instead of once, if that works better for you! It is also recommended to video record your pull-ups to help see your progress.
